ALL PRICES ARE PER WEEK FOR THE PROPERTY

Notes:
• The basic currency for this rental is the Pound. We also accept payment in Euro, please contact us for present exchange rate.
• Prices are per week, and include all linen, towels (not beach towels) and electricity. Prices are fixed and guaranteed on receipt of deposit.
- Tax de Sejour: In France it is necessary to pay a "Taxe de Sejour" at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
• Arrival after 3 pm. Departure before 10 am. (Can be flexible on these times)
• Non refundable Deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking.
• The balance and a security deposit of £100 (150 euro) due 8 weeks before holiday. (If booking within 8 weeks of the holiday start date the full amount should be enclosed)
- During the cooler months October through to the end of March there will be a £35 charge per week for heating and logs for the fire. Payable on balance due date.
